Laserov\u00e9 \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed (laserov\u00e1 ablace) je nekontaktn\u00ed, neabrazivn\u00ed metoda, kter\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9 laserov\u00e9 z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed k odpa\u0159en\u00ed ne\u010distot z vrstvy<\/strong>. Na ne\u010distoty p\u016fsob\u00ed statis\u00edce ultra-kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch laserov\u00fdch puls\u016f za sekundu, kter\u00e9 generuj\u00ed teplo a tlak vyvolan\u00fd teplem \u2013 vysok\u00e1 teplota uvnit\u0159 materi\u00e1lu vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed vysok\u00fd tlak, kter\u00fd zp\u016fsobuje jeho odpa\u0159en\u00ed (vaporizace) z podkladu, ani\u017e by do\u0161lo k po\u0161kozen\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu. Laserov\u00e9 \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je tedy velmi \u0161etrn\u00e9 k podkladov\u00e9mu materi\u00e1lu, proto je tato technologie ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159i aplikac\u00edch, kde je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 zachov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n

Laserov\u00e9 \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed m\u00e1 konstantn\u00ed kvalitu a p\u0159i opakovan\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch se tedy v\u017edy dos\u00e1hne stejn\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f<\/strong>. Po laserov\u00e9m \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed t\u0159eba \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd druhotn\u00fd \u010dist\u00edc\u00ed proces, jeliko\u017e nevznik\u00e1 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd odpadn\u00ed materi\u00e1l<\/strong>, proto\u017ee se v\u011bt\u0161ina ne\u010distot odpa\u0159\u00ed. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee pr\u016fb\u011bh interakce laserov\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed s materi\u00e1lem je z\u00e1visl\u00fd na materi\u00e1lu, je mo\u017en\u00e9 v\u017edy nastavit parametry \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed tak, aby z\u016fstal podklad po \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nepo\u0161kozen\u00fd.<\/p>\n
